| Description | A venue we had been considering for a while before visiting, then, upon our visit it was clear it deserved an inscription. The Maltings ticks several boxes with interesting decor from recovered signage and doors to quality ales and ciders. Cosy surroundings that can become chokingly over-subscribed due to the location. Likewise, no standing at the bar or swearing won’t be to everybody’s tastes. However, there is quality here that is clear to see. (Added March 2022) |
