However, the lounge-like backrooms with gentleman’s study appearance are very much worth exploring. |

| Description | Opening in 2001, the ‘Grail’ theme thankfully loses impetus almost as soon as you walk through the door, instead presenting you with a tidy bar with long bar top stretching opposite raised booth seating. You’ll notice the Untappd screen, many beer taps and wall of craft cans to choose from, signifying that yes, this is a beer specialists and the choices are very strong for a provincial city such as this. Whiskies are also notable. While it is merely a pleasant and inoffensive place to enjoy these wares at quieter times, the atmosphere improves when it gets busy, particularly if you can grab a seat in the atmospheric lounge room, you may find yourself thinking out loud that it’s one of the better pubs in Finland. |
