| Description | “Two Faces” refers to the artwork on the building’s exterior which are eyebrow raising before you’ve even walked in. The interior is a relatively unusual setup for a Finnish pub. High ceiling, an early 20th century feel with open plan seating behind a corner bar. The core strength is its drinks with some superb offerings across beer, whiskies and more, including Sahti available all-year-round. The pricing here is definitely on the fair side by Finnish standards. Whether the atmosphere will really do it for you or not depends on the time of day and your tolerance for that kind of seating layout that’s quite row-after-row rather than curated, but there’s no doubt that they’re doing their best on all other fronts and it still comes comfortably recommend as a superior option in the city. |
