| Description | A slight departure for the usual Finnish bar, this place takes advantage of its historic interior to provide a cosy Pivnice style bar with curved ceiling and warren of rooms which are used variously for live music and late evening hangouts. It is a successfully curated space. It is a true all-rounder and large space that people with different tastes will likely find their own corner to enjoy. With local beers, wine and cocktails, there’s enough of a range to satisfy most needs, while it doesn’t claim to be a specialist, it is at least certainly competent. A nice surprise find taken by chance on our visit to Oulu that comes recommended. Keep an eye out for the type of events that may change your opinion sharply about it (DJ sets, etc) before you visit. |
