| Description | Resurrected by Kirkstall Brewery, this neglected Victorian treasure has been brought back to its opulent best. Stylish vintage décor and well-preserved Victorian and Edwardian snugs, loungest and bar areas bring back an age of drinking modernity almost wiped off the map. It is still finding its feet in terms of attracting a local crowd, and the beer choices are stridently focused on the brewery’s mediocre-to-good offerings, but there is no arguing with the quality of the pub experience itself. |
