One of those bars destined to slip through the net of guides that focus on craft beer or cocktail joints, but here at EBG we do not put such arbitrary barriers in the way of findings good bars.

One of the warmest, friendliest venues in Milan, this is a popular bar with a slightly younger crowd and a very social feel that makes you want to dig deeper into it and spend a longer time here.

Enter to find a small-ish bar area set in the corner with seating, to the left of a long room with a high ceiling which continues further back than you expect, a part-partitioned area leading into even further space. Despite the room, there’s an intimate and cosy feel. Warm hues, offbeat décor and gently retro/antique furnishings without being overly in your face. Clearly not trying to be the latest thing but far from languishing in irrelevance.

As for drinks, there is a broad range covering beers, aperitivo, cocktails, mixers etc. These can be enjoyed with paninis and piadina (this is Italy after all, so no drinking can come without a snack, seemingly.

Easily one of Milan’s friendliest spots, it comes strongly recommended.
