| Choice/ Quality of Drinks | ❤️❤️❤️ Pilsner Urquell and the usual back bar offerings |
| Style/ Décor | ❤️❤️❤️❤️ This isn’t a ‘Pilsner Urquell Original Restaurant’ but a compact neighborhood pub that just happens to go down that offer. You’ll find a typical bar/on the stand layout on entry, a few high tables and chairs then a communal backroom with genteel decor. The Pilsner tanks are glowing green by the bar. |
| Atmosphere/ Character | ❤️❤️❤️❤️ As with being a neighbourhood pub, you get neighbourly social trade, people turning up for a drink and a chat, not just dinner and transient trade. That’s all for the better and there’s a real sense of welcome and community here. |
| Amenities/ Events | ❤️ Snacks, pub fare |
| Value For Money | ❤️❤️❤️ Fair but a little high for the area. |
| Description | Pilsner Urquell Original Restaurants aren’t as dominant in Brno as in Prague and this one breaks the usual mould. It is in the suburbs rather than city centre, which while not unusual in itself, is supplemented by its intimate, compact size, a la U Bláhovky. It has a tasteful and stylish design with hladinka pours that are pristine. Very well rated which speaks for its kitchen output too. The main appeal however is of a lively vibrant social scene who choose this place and Na Srebaku over the road to socialise. Highly recommended to get a tram out here for them both.
