| Style/ Décor | ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Heritage building with eye-catching signage on a roadside. This leads to a bunker of reds and browns with World War memorabilia decorating the place. Some of it is quite eyebrow-raising but from all the reviews I have read there is no underlying political intent. It is worth knowing though. |
| Atmosphere/ Character | ❤️❤️❤️❤️ A lot of character before anyone even steps through the door. A particularly worn-in feel, ‘if these walls could talk’. Busier in evenings as the local neighbourhood turn out, while the service is very friendly even to outsiders. |

| Description | A way out in Zabehlice,, there are no nearby trams or buses so a walk from Sporilov tram or a bus along the village road will have to suffice. A historic building hosts this place, a worn-in and characterfully gloomy pub with plenty of identity and memories seemingly seeping from the walls. World War memorabilia decorates the place – we’ve checked all reviews of the pub and there doesn’t appear to be any political leaning intended with it – but you may wish to bear that in mind while deciding on a visit. Service was cheery and friendly and we’re interested to go back on a busy evening to see it at its zenith. (Added November 2023) |
