Character
The vibe says ‘please go away, American/Japanese tourists’, and that seems to work from the evidence of our visits. A neighbourhood pub in an area slowly being leached of the things that form a neighbourhood. This isn’t an old white man pub though, you’ll find a diverse clientele and staff.

Description
A Soho pub that’s for locals + regulars, not for tourists and almost stridently so in its simple and no-nonsense layout. A small bar room with an upstairs area is filled with some regulars nattering to staff and social life going on in a way that sadly isn’t possible in the transient Monopoly trail pubs you find in London. Almost featureless, and that in itself is a feature. It sneaks on our guide.
