Description
|
An impressive historic ensemble with preserved Grade II listed features that take the part of an integrated vibrant pub rather than simply a curio or museum piece. The bar with its old ‘snob screens’ dominates the pub with narrow seating areas either side, and an extended back. Young’s beers are available on cask and keg, and the atmosphere is at its best in the winter months, warm and cosy inside with a golden glow from the lamp lights. Ask about the mechanical music player to the right of the bar.
