Choice/ Quality of Drinks | ❤️❤️❤️❤️ A good range of keg, cask and bottled beers from locally, nationally and across the world. |
Style/ Décor | ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Café bar/music store with music ephemera, plants and attractive lamplight. Comfortable bench seating. |
Atmosphere/ Character | ❤️❤️❤️ Sleepy but comfortable during the afternoon, picking up pace in the evenings. Sometimes a little too cold and clinical in summer months with an overpowered aircon unit, cosier in autumn and winter. |
Amenities/ Events | ❤️❤️❤️ Record store upstairs, small range of charcuterie and cheeses, snacks. Limited outdoor seating. |
Value For Money | ❤️❤️ Expensive for the area, very much more like Leeds city centre prices than something to expect in Bradford, though quality is high. |
Description | An attractive café bar with densely decorated ceiling and 1970s lounge decor in the front, record store upstairs. Friendly service and a healthy range of beer options, along with a generally laid back feel provides a calmness, while some distinctive decor and the record store adds just a bit of an edge to stand out. Very enjoyable visit and we’ll return again. (Added August 2021) |
