Style/ Décor	❤️❤️❤️ A shack with an awning, this looks like it may have been a former snack-bar. Ad hoc furnishings in the taproom, mainly breweriana. Bar directly in front as you enter, seating to the right. The seating area is fairly warmly decorated with musical instruments and wooden furniture.
Atmosphere/ Character	❤️❤️❤️❤️ Local life, and an outsider feel too. This hardly a typical naval gazing craft beer bar, more a little dive bar with an excellent selection. Friendly too. New faces may be a surprise but they are certainly tolerated. Not somewhere for a quiet drink, more of an intimate experience among a cast of regulars.

Description	As with nearby Bar Chýše, the question is why travel out to Čimice when there are many good bars in the centre. The answers are manifold, but mostly it boils down to having a good time with good beers with locals, getting a break from the city centre and in the case of Chýše and Chmeloun, a break from tourists too. Perched almost at the very end of Prague’s northern city limits, the bus terminus is yards away from this little shack, and the city breaks entirely into fields. The exterior looks like an old snack bar converted into a pub, with a particularly ad hoc feel when you walk inside. A bar, fridge and simple low-key seating at the back. Yes, this is a living room for regulars, dog-friendly too, so if you’re looking for a quiet space to unwind, this isn’t it. Instead be at ease with mingling with locals, perhaps answering a question or two (one of them justifiably being “how the hell did you end up there?”) and enjoying the fact there are some pretty fantastic beers on offer. Whether it’s the fridge or tap selection, you can be assured of high quality beer from independent Czech brewers. When twinned with nearby Bar Chýše acting as back-ups for each other, there is perfectly good reason to make a trip out here and frequent buses taking you back into the city. (Added March 2025)
