Choice/
Quality of Drinks
⭐⭐⭐
Standard fare of corporate macro brew beers with a decent enough back bar and whisky selection.
Style/
Décor
⭐⭐⭐⭐
Vivid green paint with most inches of wall space taken up with memorabilia and local artwork. Not too hokey and plastic Paddy, in fact a fairly authentic effort at personalising the place. A large open plan room by Irish standards with a secret feature of a second bar hidden round the back of a quite different yellow/brown wooden style.
Atmosphere/
Character
⭐⭐⭐⭐
Opens later afternoons at quieter times of the year and gets busier in the evenings. Local life to be found, friendly staff.

Live music, events, sport, a 2nd bar!

⭐⭐⭐
Standard for the area.
Description
An overall lovely looking pub set up to be a bit of an all-rounder but distinctive enough with a cosy enough layout to have some character too. Live music, events, sport etc. A secret feature of a second bar hidden round the back of a quite different more yellow/brown wooden style to the bright green of the main lounge.
