| Description | On initial appearances L’Elixir looks like an opportunistic venture designed to snare some tourists en route to Girona old town, but things begin to change as you take a closer look. With a deli counter and array of beers that are so fresh some of them were canned on the very day they went on sale, and an owner who will invite you to enjoy them in his upstairs room or on the terrace, this is a venture very much designed to keep locals onside too. You don’t know who will be out there with you on the balcony overlooking the Anyar, but its a great place for a drink – particularly such a fresh one.
