Description:
A mainstream central bar with a perhaps familiar theme, nevertheless well-executed. The tentacley world of Lovecraftian science fiction inspires the decoration at this two-room outfit. The decoration in the back room is particularly dense and striking, going above what you’d normally expect for a bar of this kind.

Rue de l’Ecole-de-Médecine is a core bar area for Geneva, as such there is a sense of activity and vibrancy that overlaps bar to bar, giving it a pace even at quieter times.

It is of course worth highlighting some terrible reviews the bar acquires, and it does seem your best best is to go for a beer – don’t make it too complicated.

Prices are typical for central Geneva, high for mixers and cocktails but not overly harsh for beers, which they have an unusual – if not great – tie-in with a contract brewery.

Go for the decor and atmosphere, try and block out the 1 star reviews and get a beer if you haven’t got cash to splash.
