Quality of Drinks
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Not simply the usual Stella/Leffe/Hoegaarden on tap, as there are a few others including Trappists. Bottle selection decent but not the sort of depth specialists will approve of.
Style/
Décor
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Classical brown cafe with wood panels, mirrors along the walls, booths and rows of wood seating. Brewery merchandise and signage and some Crow themed artwork. A typical city centre Belgian café but for the fact that in 2025 it’s no longer typical.
Atmosphere/
Character
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Calm, business-like during the afternoon, and raucous in the evenings at times, especially on weekends which can devolve into table dancing, something scarcely believable as you sit in the sedate environment of the afternoon.

Value For Money❤️❤️❤️
Reasonably fairly priced for the location, all things considered.
DescriptionA brown café of a style so typical for Belgium as to be thought unremarkable. These days, in central Brussels, it is one of a dying number. The Crow, established 12874 is handily situated in an area now more known for shopping than drinking, and during the day survives as an Estaminet type operation. Meals offered, but not essential. As you enjoy a beer among the classical surroundings of wood panels, mirrors and beer ephemera, the calmness of the afternoon leaves absolutely no hint of the raucous nightlife to be found here, with singalongs and table dancing not only permitted but encouraged. For this reason it is destined to be a venue people have starkly different experiences of. Was this the ripoff place that was full of louts that gave bad service and wouldn’t let you split the bill? Very possibly. Was this the lovely old café that served you a delicious beer with a smile for a fair price? Also equally likely.

It is best going in to these split personality venues with some knowledge of what may await. We hope this helps.
