Quality of Drinks
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
A very wide range of drinks in the interior bar, quite limited outside (just go inside).
Style/
Décor
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The layout is not dissimilar to a ruin bar, indeed as you walk through a wide entranceway into a courtyard your first thought (if you’ve visited Budapest’s ruin bar) is just that. This is one of the closest operations outside Hungary to that scene. At first it may seem an outdoor venue only – there’s a bar, terrace, petanque court and some games machines, but there’s a sizeable enough interior bar to your right which itself is well worth exploring.A boudoir of reds and golds with interesting patterned ceiling, whose bar is far more extensive than the limited outdoor options.
Atmosphere/
Character
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The atmosphere is simply superb on weekend evenings and events with a crowd of people without it being choked and cramped. Stylish but casual enough that it can welcome a range of people.
Amenities/
Events
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Tapas, snacks, outdoor seating, petanque, pinball, live acts – standup comedy / jazz among others.
Value For Money❤️❤️
Slightly higher than the average city centre options, but explore the interior bar for wider options.
DescriptionSet directly opposite fashionable Boulingrin market, the stylish nouveau exterior Le Clos has inherited is a standout in Reims. Le Clos has placed itself at the heart of cultural activities in the city.

With live music, stand-up comedy, a pétanque court, and games machines (tucked out of sight, but they are there), it’s a genuine complex, among only a few hundred bars in Europe that can genuinely argue not only that they are one of the best bars in their city, but that they have in themselves improved a city and its appeal.
