Quality of Drinks
❤️❤️❤️
An IPA on draft is notable for a traditional tapas bar, otherwise a familiar range of fortified wines and alternatives.
Style/
Décor
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Traditional tapas joint decorated with 70s Spanish vinyls, tiled walls and upturned barrels.
Atmosphere/
Character
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Despite the decor, the place feels relevant, no more so than when it is almost full to bursting, which even in low season can be as early as 9pm. It can become genuinely uncomfortable so we recommend visiting earlier on.

Outdoor seating, tapas
Value For Money❤️❤️❤️
Fair given its popularity.
DescriptionLa Tranca could be one of two things, that beautiful characterful tapas place with a fresh relevant feel, or that one you had to stand boxed in like sardines that wasn’t apparent why everyone was so obsessed with it. Yes, if any venue is oversubscribed, this is it. We recommend visiting earlier where some of its subtler charms are more apparent, with friendly service, some quirky tapas options, IPA on draft, nice tiles and 70s records pinned to the wall. A local institution but one that may leave you gasping for air if you visit at the wrong time. Luckily Colmado 93 is only a short walk away if that happens. (Added November 2022)
