| Description | A venue we’d been meaning to seek out for years, this low key hospoda set in a half-step basement is an effective, typical example of Czech pub culture. Small with curved ceilings and communal furniture, the space is set for socialising with a neighbourly communal feel. Basic lagers from Krakonos are complimented by some rotating offers from small independent brewers and a fridge of cans, making it appealing to young and old. This is where to go to find out about local gossip + events, meet people and make new friends, exactly what a pub should be about. Careful of those opening hours though. (Added August 2023) |
