Reasonable value considering the range available.

Description:
The conveyor belt of tourists from Plzen train station to Plzensky Prazdroj brewery – the home of Pilsner Urquell – too often overlook the presence of a beer specialists only yards away from the route. KMP specialise in beers from smaller breweries, usually with 10 tap options covering a good range of styles, with bottles/cans offering more besides.

The venue itself is really pleasant, the front not really giving any indication of a barn-like space inside with exposed beams and warm lighting, using natural materials to create a homely environment. It’s also popular with a wider audience particularly age-wise, making it a lively stop-off during the evenings. Service is fast and attentive too, there is really not much here to complain about!

Elsewhere in Plzen, this multi-tap setup is not too common, even less with a comfortable environment of this sort – with just a handful of alternatives. The location, environment and selection means it is one you will just keep coming back to. In fact, we’re surprised it took us so long to visit in the first place.
