| Description | A versatile cultural hub, the small town of Ptuj has been blessed by Kavarna Bodi, which manages the not simple task of feeling like an intimate drinking hole, a welcoming cafe, a concert hall and a community hub without becoming bland. In a grand corner building, you’ll initially be surprised to be greeted with a small bar room with limited raised seating, but the venue unfolds in the room to the left into a grand space with high ceilings, artwork, eclectic decor and vintage furniture which is set aside, sometimes adjusted to accommodate community events, live performances and most legal activities you can think of in between. The amenities are laid on here which is undoubtedly its strongest suit, along with the warm twinkly atmosphere. An essential visit when in Ptuj. (Added April 2023) |
