| Choice/ Quality of Drinks | ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Their own brew, Had’ak 11, with some more familiar Strakonice beers and big names as alternatives. |
| Style/ Décor | ❤️❤️❤️ Simple basement hospoda with taps by the entrance an a lounge room partitioned with mock conservatory tiling. Simple rustic setup, nothing to dislike, nothing much standing out. |
| Atmosphere/ Character | ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Atmospheric as afternoon turns to evening, particularly on music nights. Simple and social, a fixture of town nightlife with various gossip to catch up on. Naturally social and casual. |
| Amenities/ Events | ❤️❤️❤️ PET bottle shop, snacks, music nights |
| Value For Money | ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Very fair value for what’s on offer. |
| Description | A traditional pub connected to what was formerly claimed to be the smallest commercial brewery in the country, cooking their single beer, an 11 degree light lager from a small 50l kit. Operations have and the venue, as a pub is alive and well! A simple, unspoilt hangout where groups of friends assemble to chat and musicians may appear for their weekly get-togethers. Service is stolid and reliable, and the prices are very fair. With the closure of some of Strakonice’s best pubs, this venue has to accordingly step up. Well worth a visit, and don’t be deterred by an absence of online profile. |
