| Description | A long-standing club that has been around so long that even the point where it was called a cult venue is in the distant past. A basement venue opening from early evenings onwards that morphs from cool, funky and distinctively different bar to live music venue depending on the time of day and week. The drinks offering has been fiercely upgraded since the early days and you can find several very good beers – at good prices too, along with a versatile back bar. At each point you look, there’s something good about it. Maybe it might be passé these days to local residents but most will have some fun tales to tell about the nights spent in this place, while it is still likely to impress newcomers. |
