Choice/Quality of Drinks:
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Decent fare with a good range of both beers and cocktails. The bar is versatile and set up to cater for most needs, but doesn’t do so perfunctorily, some thought has gone into it.

Style/Décor:
❤️❤️❤️❤️
A multi-storey venue, a strange choice for a music venue with no obvious gathering point and plenty of obstructions for the view of the stage, but they have somehow turned that into a bit of a quirk. Exposed beams and large decorations suspended from the ceiling set the scene, with plenty of niches to do pretty much whatever in.

Atmosphere/Character:
❤️❤️❤️❤️
A large collegiate venue tends to attract the corresponding custom. Younger, yes, but not exclusively so. Live jazz pulls in a good range of people, while others are there for the vastness of space and odd but present counterbalance balance of intimacy.

Amenities/Events:
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Live music, snacks, outdoor seating, occasional community events

Value For Money:
❤️❤️❤️
Fine considering the social epicentre of an Antwerp evening is basically here.

Description:
In the very centre of Antwerp, this live music venue is not only at the hub but is the hub of the city’s social scene. A characterful 3 storey bar without an obvious focal point for viewing the music, but instead a sprawling venue of niches, overlooks, columns and exposed beams. Fairy lights and odd fixed decorations complete the set. Drinks are varied and most people are well catered for here at a fair going rate for the area, and being here feels like you are part of something, something that has been around a while too. This deserves credit, even if it is occasionally let down by people with headphones on on their laptops in a corner.
