Very fair value for money.
DescriptionAttached to Kaznice, a former penitentiary on the other side of the street, there is a quasi-ruin bar feel to this area of town, as the outdoors plays host and there is a freedom to wander and explore.

Regular cultural events as well as instruments in the café itself give it a vibrancy in warmer months that should be experienced.

Good beer from independent breweries can be found here along with the typical Czech back bar, while the atmosphere is also distinctive. Set in what is known as Brno Bronx, this is a rare example of the population mixing with the Roma community in a pub setting.

The operation is also very purposefully welcoming and liberal to people of all backgrounds.

It isn’t quite like anywhere else in the city, and comes recommend.
