| Description | Vršovice, hipster neighbourhood with an international flavour – not particularly touristy either. The crowd are more like ex-pats, people that visited Prague and decided to stay for longer. A mixed crowd visits Pilotu with its huge rotor blade catching the eye on the entrance, as well as its high shelves filled with books, records and booze. It’s a good use of space overall with a front bar and lounge space at the back with local artists represented on the walls. Striking the right balance between a special experience to justify the prices and a relaxing place you can socialise at ease. Cocktails created along a theme of navigating the local neighbourhood are genuinely creative. Well worth checking out. (Added October 2023) |
