| Description | An excellent brewery a short bus ride from Bamberg offering a Bierstube and courtyard for drinks. The beers are standout examples of their styles for the area and delivered in an authentic manner in pristine condition. All are worth trying but the dark beer Schwarzer Adler, named after the pubs original name, is a regional classic. The surroundings are pleasant but undramatic, meaning the atmosphere may be a bit short on quiet days, but there is an inescapable homespun charm to it, even for an operation which has its own merchandise.
