Niksicko unfiltered on tap, something that will give Kellerbier fans cause for relief in the Balkans beer desert. A lovely beer. Largely the focus is on cocktails and mixers here and they do a decent job.

A pinkish red light dominates the main room which is all about pumping out the hits and getting sweaty. Meanwhile, the courtyards out the back are atmospheric and worth checking out when it’s quieter, or just in general.

Fairly clubby inside, while conditions take an upturn in the two spaces out the back, which have a more laid back, leafy, courtyard bar atmosphere we can recommend.

Biro is definitely a place for dancing and typically loud Montenegrin partygoing, but if you think it’s one-note, think again. With a lovely verdant back yard with cats roaming around there are places to chill out and enjoy the other side of the bar. With unfiltered Niksicko (a drastic improvement on the original) on tap, beer drinkers have a genuinely good lager to enjoy, while the mixers and cocktails can be variable, particularly depending how busy they are. Service is kind, fast and welcoming
