| Description | Nothing short of a cult pub, the diminutive Señora Leo is its beloved emblem, and she can be found much as she has for years, passing through crowds of people with drinks and plates of tapas. An old port district bar that has had a lot of life and vibrancy pumped into it. Firstly, the shrine to singer ‘Bambino’ which can be seen decked around the bar and walls, the Flamenco on all-day-every-day and the hordes of people old and young who assemble, often spilling out onto the street. Don’t expect anything flash from behind the counter to consume, but if it is energy and life you are seeking, you’ll find it here in abundance. (April 2024) |
