| Choice/ Quality of Drinks | ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Beer specialists. 6 tap options covering Portuguese craft beer usually with 1 or 2 options from further afield. This is complimented by 2 large fridges. Perfunctory alternatives. |
| Style/ Décor | ❤️❤️❤️ A café bar feel, one room with light furnishings and plants |
| Atmosphere/ Character | ❤️❤️❤️❤️ A busy room with a social hubbub, the product attracts the people and the people give the place the atmosphere rather than the venue. |
| Amenities/ Events | ❤️❤️❤️ Food, snacks, occasional events, limited outdoor seating. |
| Value For Money | ❤️❤️ Expensive, though in line with other craft beer bars in the city. |
| Description | With Slovenian owners, this explains a hint of the Slavic touch to their approach. It’s a light wood café, the whiteness mercifully compensated for with some plants and decoration. Small venue with a handful of tables, but well worth venturing all the way inside as there can be space at the back. Concentrating on Portuguese craft beer, though not exclusively, you can be sure both of a well-curated range and help and advice at the bar. A large fridge selection compliments that further. As well as the product, it’s a nice place to hangout. Sure, the environment leans more towards bland/safe, but the social atmosphere when busy compensates to the extent that we’re happy to include it on our guide. (Added September 2023) |
