Description:
The area to the east of main road dissecting central Bucharest is studded with old mansion houses whose leafy courtyards and abandoned interiors are ripe for conversion to alternative-feeling hangout spots.

15A is a bar-bistro where food does play more of a role than most, but we found it actually less foodie and more bar-like than expected.
